• A two-night stay is required on weekends

• Check In: 3:00 p.m. (Please call if expected arrival will be after 6:00 p.m.)

• Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

• Price: $200-$400/night. $1300-$2500/week*

  • A deposit is required to hold reservation

• Deposit: Visa and MasterCard, cash and checks accepted.  One night's lodging is required to hold your reservation.

• Cancellation: No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason, including weather.
  If you cancel:

  • 30 days before check-in your security deposit will be returned

  • 15 - 30 days before check-in, 50% of your security deposit returned

  • Less than 15 days before check-in, your security deposit is forfeited

• We are sorry we cannot accept pets.  Please note that we do have dogs on the premises; they are not permitted in the cottage
